In the original quarter cloth binding with paper covered boards. A collection of stories often focused on the isolation of a female protagonist, and the struggles they have with their identity and relationships to their communities. Henry Award in 1960 and 1966, respectively. In the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, excellent with minor shelf wear to the head and tail of spine. Dust wrapper is very smart with small closed tears to the head of spine and edge wear to the extremities. Pages are bright and clean.

Overall Condition: Near Fine Very Good Indeed. Fine - Very well preserved copy showing very little wear. Only one or two minor faults, really a very attractive copy. Quite a wide term meaning no major faults but probably several smaller ones.
