Black Man, First imprint of UK (and World) First edition May 2007. Signed by Richard Morgan (author) on Orion/Gollancz Bookplate on Title Page in his usual extremely loose fashion but with a small doodle of a face with raised eyebrow. Hardcover with silver gilt titling to spine with black metallic finish dust jacket - very difficult to photograph accurately. Black Man is Fine/Fine bar very light shelf wear to top & bottom of dust jacket (see photos).
This is the World First edition released in May 2007, preceding the US editions by around nine months (546pp). Tight spine, unread, internally as new, free of markings. Richard Morgan continues with his quality writing in Black Man, marrying hardcore genetics with human genome modification barely tolerable in a society with a need for rogue hunting to track down unwanted variants, another superb SF-thriller from Richard, making this item a must for any fan/collector of his work especially as it is the true First edition from Gollancz, London, preceding the US editions by a couple of months. Dust jacket from Chris Moore helps capture a feel for the content. Any questions please don't hesitate to send me a message.
