Published by Simon and Schuster, New York, 1961. Measures 6" x 9", 443 pages. Comes with a brand new facsimile (reproduction) of the first issue dust jacket.

Bound in the publisher's original blue cloth with white titling on the spine. The book is in very good minus condition. Faint sunning and soiling to the boards and spine. Moisture ring stain on front board. No previous ownership marks, the interior is very well preserved.
