Damon Galgut In A Strange Room Signed US 1st print 2010 PBO Booker Prize Winner

A collectable Signed US 1st edition/1st printing of this 2010 novel from award-winning South African author and playwright Damon Galgut. Previously featured on the Booker Prize Shortlist (2003 for' The Good Doctor'), this book put him on the Booker shortlist for the 2nd time. He made it a hat-trick of appearances with his latest release' The Promise' ; this was the strong favourite for the 2021 prize, and was confirmed as the winner at the special Booker Prize ceremony on 3 November.

In A Strange Room', published by Europa Editions in New York on 13 October 2010 (6 months after the UK edition), 1st edition/1st impression, standard modern paperback in French flaps (as with the earlier released South African edition of this book, there was no US hardback release), 211 pages. Flat hand signed by the author at the title page.
