A signature cut SIGNED by the Author (with best wishes) to the front pastedown. Some light wear to the edges, but a very clean copy. In a dust wrapper which has benefitted from some light restoration to the spine ends and corners and now presents as a very good example indeed. Accompanying the book is a letter written on Du Maurier's stationary (Greyfriars, fleet, Hants) and dated October 19th'37.
