First Edition, First Printing, Signed by Abbey on the flyleaf. A Very Good copy in a Good+ or better, unclipped dust jacket. Binding is tight, sturdy and square with light soil to rear board. Small stain at the foot of text block, along with a barely perceptible waviness to the first few pages. Tanning to pastedowns and endpapers.

Jacket shows a bit of shelfwear and pinholing with a 1 closed tear to rear. A bright and vivid example of the artwork by Peter Parnall.
