First Edition Signed Franklin Library Smiley's People, Le Carre (1979, 1st th.)

A stunning collector's edition in genuine leather from 1979, the same year as the original publication date of this John Le Carre classic. It comes with an attached signed book plate (page preceding half title). The book is very collectable and decorative and appears in excellent, unread condition. There are some extremely minor marks to hardback exterior/spine, but very minor indeed and incredible to think this has had almost 50 year's shelf life!
