Folio Society Mort by Terry Pratchett Signed by Illustrator 1/500 copies Leather

Published by the Folio Society in 2016, as a first edition and signed by the Illustrator Omar Rayyan, this black leather bound book with signed mounted print and slipcase is offered for sale in mint and unread condition. This book is hand numbered and is number 304 of 500 copies.

There are very small marks to the rear book cover which seem to be synonymous with this publication and thought to be incurred at the desk of the illustrator. This book has been unread and untouched and kept in a smoke free and pet free home and is offered for sale by the original purchaser.

Death is the Grim Reaper of the Discworld, a black-robed. Keleton with a scythe who ushers souls into the next world. Soon Death is yearning to experience what humanity really has to offer. But to do that, he'll need to hire some help. When he came to Mort, he offered him a job.

It's an offer Mort can't refuse. As Death's apprentice he'll have free board, use of the company horse - and being dead isn't compulsory. It's a dream job - until Mort falls in love with Death's daughter, Ysabell, and discovers that your boss can be a killer on your love life. Mort is the first book in the Death series, but you can read the Discworld novels in any order.
