A VERY RARE Horological book. RARE DOUBLE SIGNED 1981 "WATCHMAKING" book (aka The Bible) by Dr George Daniels - published by Sotheby's. What makes this book especially rare is that it is signed by the author (George Daniels) and illustrator (David Penney). Lovely flowing signature in ink. Signed editions of Watchmaking are rare, but books signed by Daniels and Penney are EXTREMELY RARE (I have only ever seen one other).

Signed copies are NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND, as the only way to get a book signed was to visit George on the Isle of Man. This is one of the finest signed copies I have ever handled.
