The pages are still like new bright and very clean with no marks or tears. Comes with original unclipped dust jacket.
The signature was obtained at the movie premiere for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, in July 2011 at Trafalgar Square London. This is also a rare misprint copy on page 99 it says eleven outstanding owls when it is supposed to say ten outstanding owls, after the mistake was noticed it was corrected but this is the rare misprinted copy.
