Harry Potter first edition signed books

This is two signed books, one by J K Rowling and a rarer one by Alan Rickman. The Deathly Hallows book is the rarer misprint one on page 99 (see picture). Both books are in very good condition and please check my pictures as I've given as much information about them as possible. Feel free to ask me any questions.

The lady who is a long time collector assured me that the signatures are the real thing and were obtained in person. The J K Rowling signed book also has a little drawing above the signature, This is something J K Rowling did for fun but makes it all the more collectable.
