Helen Keller's Journal - 1st US Edition, Signed in pencil on the FFEP by Helen Keller and inscribed: To Bess Hay with sincerest Easter greetings. Bess Hay is mentioned on p248 of the book and is one of the Hays of Dingwall.

I originally bought this volume in Dingwall. An interesting association copy with a good provenance. Overall condition is good - internally very clean except some tanning to the end papers.

Corners of cloth boards slightly bumped. Fair cut jacket with wear to the peripheries resulting in small areas of loss - now inside protective jacket.
