Jacket with a long tear to the top edge and chip to the lower edge, and chipping to the spine tips and corners. A couple of shorter tears to the rear of the jacket and some creasing / edge wear.

Also included is an envelope with a newspaper clipping included, this having been cut out by Hilton and is signed Adele & I both think this is very good of you.
