This is a remarkable piece, a 1914 first edition book titled "King Alberts Book" with an accompanying letter found with book. The author, Hall Caine, provides an insightful view of the times during King Albert's reign. The cloth binding and English language adds to its value, and the special attributes of being illustrated and first edition make it a rare find. It was published by the Daily Telegraph in conjunction with Hodder and Stoughton and other newspapers, and is a great addition to any collection.
The unit quantity is one, and it is pre-owned, but in excellent condition internally. Some discolouration to the white cloth covering. Binding and pages all in tact. Letter found in book shown.
