Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson, illustrated by Ralph Steadman. Limited deluxe edition, limited to 250 copies, this is number 35. Published by Harrap in 1985. This copy has been signed, numbered and dated by Steadman in gold pen. Black covers, gilt design to the front, all page edges gilt, decorated endpapers, the signed page has a previous owners name in pen, pages bright and clean. Black slipcase, the gilt to the front of the slipcase has some faded patches, the inside of the slipcase has a couple of tan marks where a pair of name labels from a previous owner have been removed, slipcase otherwise tidy and secure.
