Book signing tour on the cover page with authentication J. All points of her signature have been authenticated by multiple top Rowling signature experts as being a 2007 signature, and the hologram is typically considered 100% in regards to it being the real deal.

This book is in Very Good+ Condition. Dust Jacket Condition Details: Near Fine. There is really nothing to note on condition issues with the jacket except a small bit of bumping to the top and bottom edges of around the spine, and it's not bad.
Book & Boards Condition Details: Very Good. There are no names or inscriptions written in the book, but there is a small. Line in pen ink on the inside front flyleaf page, not a real big deal, but wanted to note it (see picture #12). Cover colors and illustrations are bright with no fading.
There is some minor rubbing to the covers, but no scuffs or scratches. The page edges have some light spotting, but nothing major (see picture #'s 9-11). There is very little wear to the edges other than some minor rubbing to the bottom edge from going on and off shelf. Corners are in great shape other than minor bumping to the bottom corners. There is some inward curling/wrinkling to the top and bottom edges of the spine cloth wrap, and the bottom corner edge of the spine has been bumped (see picture #7). The binding is strong and square and it stands easily on its own. This book will make an excellent addition to any HP Fan seeking a beautiful hologram authentic Signed 1st Edition of the final Harry Potter book for their collection!
