Signed, dated in the year of publication, and warmly inscribed by Mr. Mailer directly to the half-title page. Profusely photographed throughout, the book is easily near fine, with the hinge just slightly visible at the bottom of the title page. The price-clipped dust jacket is otherwise also near fine, with only some light edgewear/rubbing near the corners and spine ends and is now protected by a removable Brodart archival cover.
