Set of 8 Life books Signed by David Attenborough. All are first editions, first printings. They are all complete with unclipped dustjackets (except life of birds, which has a clipped jacket). They are all signed, and without dedication except Life in the Undergrowth, which does have a dedication. (life in cold blood is signed with best wishes).

Life on Earth - 1st/1st, signed without dedication. Excellent condition, just a very slight lean, endpapers very slightly tanned (which always seems to be the case with this edition, probably due to the glue they used in the manufacturing process). The book is in a neat clear removable protective wrapper. A very nice copy indeed. The Living Planet - 1st/1st, signed without dedication. The Trials of Life - 1st/1st, signed without dedication. Good or very good condition. No major faults just some general wear. The Private Life of Plants - 1st/1st, signed without dedication. Very good condition, there is a small section of about 10 pages with creased corners and a slight bump to the corner. The Life of Birds - 1st/1st, signed.

The dustjacket has been price clipped and there is a small water mark to the inside bottom edge of jacket. There is a neat gift inscription to front free endpaper, corners slightly bumped with a little wear to the edges. Good or v ery good condition.

Life of Mammals - 1st/1st, signed without dedication. There are remnants of a bookshop label to front free endpaper plus some general wear.

Life in the Undergrowth - 1st/1st Signed to Geoff with best wishes. Life in Cold Blood - 1st/1st Signed with best wishes.
