The book is signed by Dr Erwin Pulay to Fritz Kohl, his friend and a fellow Jewish escapee from Nazi Germany. The first printing of the first edition, finely bound if half calf gilt with marbled boards, and gilt compartments to spine.

8.75 inches by 5.5 inches. In very attractive condition with just the slightest hint of wear (see pictures).

Binding sound and square (see picture). The book contains Pulay's reflections on the newly-signed Atlantic Charter, on the futures of Germany and England, and on "The Jewish Problem".
