It was issued without a dust-jacket, in a heavy reinforced cardboard slipcase (included) and is #621, signed by King. Included is the letter from Stephanie Leonard, "Executive Secretary" of Philtrum Press and King's sister-in-law, informing my grandmother of her selection. It is in Very Good to Excellent condition with the following minor flaws: two small scuffs to one side of slipcase, rubbing off red dye; a tiny ding on the upper-right edge of slip-case parallel to the word "STEPHEN"; and my own embossed teenage library stamp on the title page.
