The Guns Of Navarone' by Alistaire Maclean. It is withouth a dust-jacket and in very well read condition. Blue cloth on board covers are worn & marked, some bumping to corners, gilt titles on the spine are faded.

When closed page tips show marks. The binding is still tight throughout. Inside, the contents show intermittent marks & blemishes throughout the book, with some mild foxing & tanning.

There is a printed precise underneath a half title at the second fly-page, opposite which is a poorly penned name & address as follows. Finlay __ Cameron, 18 Glenacre Terrace, Castlemilk, Glasgow, S. On the title page is the signature of the author Alistair Maclean. I have checked it thoroughly against numerous other authenticated examples. It looks 100% authentic, though I have taken a number of photos including close ups of the signature.

I have had the book for a number of years & have had plenty of time to check the signature, & I personally believe it is all authentic having looked at numerous other examples. Sadly, the book has some wear, and no dustjacket, so please check all the photos for a closer inspection, and more can be provided on request if need be. Due to the number of items I have I will be sadly shortening my descriptions, though making sure any relevant information is included.
