The dust jacket is in excellent condition with some minor rubbing along the edges and a small tear and moderate rubbing to the headband. It has brown boards with gilt tiles that are in good condition with considerable curvature to them and bending at the corners.

The inside pages are very lightly tanned and are in excellent condition without any damage or marks upon them. The book is inscribed by the author and so is an essay which comes with the book. The essay is by the author on a'existential psychology: a novelists approach'.

The essay is in excellent condition with the only wear being a folded corner.
