Tolkien 1st Edition Hardback book with original dust jacket. Published by George Allen and Unwin.

Signed by Christopher Tolkien with an additional drawing of a horned beast, added later in 2008 as mentioned. I'm grateful to him for the information. Map is also present, pasted in at rear of book.

Book and Dust wrapper are in very good condition, although the dust wrapper us price-clipped. Book is square and tight and all pages are present. Pages and boards are clean. This book, along with others, were collected by my late father and some of the proceeds will be being donated to CRUK and the local hospice charity.
