First edition, First impression with 32 pages of adverts to rear. This copy is signed by the author. This is laid in prior to FFEP, though it has been bound / glued in - looking quite presentable.

Some light wear and marking to boards with slight bumping to corners. Pages bright and clean and tightly bound. Light water mark to inner gutter running through book.

Very small mark to margin of page 257. Page 301 and page 303 roughly opened. Overall a very nice copy coupled with a signature of H G Wells.
