THERE REALLY IS A FATHER CHISTMAS by Douglas L Flintan SIGNED 1938 1st Edition. This magnificent 1st, and only edition of "There Really Is A Father Christmas, The Life Story of Santa Claus" is both signed by the author on the cover page and by the two girls that the book was dedicated to.

The dust jacket has some significant tearing on the rear portion and other smaller creases and tears also as noted in the photos.

The book and cover are now protected in an archival cover from Highsmith, Library Supplies and Equipment. The Green cover has some evidence of "sun" bleaching along the edges. There are two other photos that show page discolorations.
