Ultra Rare Prog Record England Deroy DER 1356 EX++/EX+ Signed Vinyl LP. Original and exceptionally rare Prog holy grail self titled vinyl LP by England. This is rumoured to have had only 99 copies pressed, and is a fine example of a true rarity.

A recent interview with Olly Alcock (singer, songwriter and guitarist) which can be found on You Tube under the title MEGA RARE! UK prog vinyldo you have it? Explains that this was essentially a private pressing that the band used to try and promote themselves. As such it was only pressed in very very small numbers.

The band supported the likes of Black Sabbath, Rory Gallagher and Lemmy. This copy came to me from a large collection I bought. The condition of the vinyl is superb EX+/NM. I have checked and double checked this closely under strong light.

The record has one ultra fine hairline mark that cannot be felt or heard. There are no other marks, scuffs or signs of use at all. I have fully played it through on both sides and it plays perfectly with the exception of some very very light crackle on run ins for about 4 seconds on side 1 only.

I havent cleaned this record, the rest of the record plays perfectly with superb clear audio throughout. No background noise, and certainly no clicks, pops. Nothing except beautiful clear audio.

DER 1356 A EG (plus a sort of hand etched honeycomb/chemical structure effect). Labels are perfect in every way. No spindle marks or signs of play. The sleeve grades EX+ (see photos). It has a few laminate creases on front and a couple of finger prints can be seen on the back in strong light. It has no rips, tears, etc. Its in great clean condition.

It does have writing on the rear but this where it has been fully signed by the band!! Inner sleeve: is a thin, plain paper sleeve.

I have swapped this for a new poly lined inner but will include it obviously. Overall this is a very rare and very sought after record in truly superb condition throughout.
